About the presentation:

In this session, learn about the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on language processing for individuals, like this presenter, with dyslexia. Get the key to putting our students on top of this AI wave by understanding the big picture and the true nature of dyslexia. Can this new AI world be so inclusive that dyslexia will virtually “disappear” and become a difference, like eye color or hand dominance, rather than a learning disability that limits students’ success? You’ll be asked to Imagine today’s first graders, the ones we’re still trying to prepare for a world that’s fading away. In just two to five years, their reality will be vastly different. They will inherit a world where they can excel academically without being hindered by the demands of decoding and spelling. They will live in a world where their unique cognitive and language strengths are not just accommodated but celebrated. This presentation will be about preparing them for that future.
